UserQuarry is an AI-powered customer discovery tool that scans public online conversations to find potential early adopters for your product. By using UserQuarry, you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree to use UserQuarry for legitimate customer discovery and outreach purposes. You will not use the service to spam, harass, or mislead people. Engagement strategies provided by UserQuarry are suggestions — you are responsible for how you interact with potential users.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime, and your access will continue until the end of the billing period. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee — if you're not happy, we'll refund your most recent payment, no questions asked.
Match delivery
Match counts listed on pricing plans represent monthly targets. Daily results may vary slightly as the agent optimizes for quality and your monthly quota. We do not guarantee a specific number of matches on any given day.
Intellectual property
You retain full ownership of your product information and any outreach content you create. Engagement strategies generated by UserQuarry are provided for your use and may be modified freely.
Limitation of liability
UserQuarry is provided "as is." We do our best to deliver accurate, relevant matches, but we cannot guarantee that every match will result in a customer. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from your interactions with matched users.
