What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and the product information you provide during onboarding (your product URL, description, and target audience). We use this information solely to operate the UserQuarry matching service.
How we use your data
Your product information is used to find relevant public posts and conversations across the platforms you select. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. We do not run ads. Your data exists to power your matches — nothing else.
Public data we scan
UserQuarry scans publicly available posts and comments on platforms like Reddit, Hacker News, X, Quora, Product Hunt, and Indie Hackers. We do not access private messages, private groups, or any data that requires authentication to view. Everything we surface is already publicly visible.
Data storage & security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics that follow you across the web.
